Sauteed beans with slices of Ham


120g CINCO JOTAS Iberian ham slices

For the beans

500g Green beans 

80g Potatoes

Salt (to taste)

15g Extra virgin olive oil

For chives

80g Chive

40g Black olive paste

For the beans

Make strips of beans with a vegetable peeler.

Blanch the beans in a pot of water and cook the potatoes. Quickly drain the beans and put them in ice water to maintain the color. Finish cooking the potatoes. Put aside.

For the chives

Cut the onion into quarters and cook in a skillet or on a grill before serving.

Finishing and presentation

Sautée the beans, together with the potatoes and the oil. Add salt to taste and finish the dish with a dabble of olive paste, the chives, and slices of Cinco Jotas Iberian ham.
