Tiradito of Ham with mushrooms
100g CINCO JOTAS Iberian ham slices
250g seasoned mushrooms
1 red onion
2 celery sticks
1 aji (a spicy sauce)
15g onion rings
coriander sprouts (to taste)
Chop the onion into thin slices and soak in water.
Remove the orange juice and blend with celery, aji sauce and ginger. Strain the mixture and add the onion. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Finely chop mushrooms immediately before serving (to prevent browning). Mix with the tiradito juice in a bowl and finish off with a few slices of Cinco Jotas Iberian ham. Add some cilantro and the rest of the ingredients.
